Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by the MeetMigo team and describes how MeetMigo handles your meeting data. It is app-owner content, not an independent audit.

What we collect

Account details (email, display name, chosen role), meeting metadata (title, link, platform, start and end time), transcripts produced from meetings you record, AI-generated artifacts derived from those transcripts, and — if you connect a calendar — the events needed to schedule the notetaker (title, time, attendee count, meeting link). If you use "Record without a bot", the audio of the browser tab you share is saved to your private storage so you can play it back next to the transcript. It is deleted when you delete the meeting or your account data, when you redact the meeting, or when your retention window ends.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist on meetmigo.app, we store the email address and the optional role you give us, so we can contact you about early access. We don't use it for anything else. Ask us and we'll delete it.

How we use it

To join meetings you ask us to join, produce transcripts and role-specific artifacts, and operate your account. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your transcripts to train foundation models.

Sub-processors

  • Supabase — database, sign-in, file storage and live updates.
  • Recall.ai — meeting bots, recording and transcription for calls the notetaker joins.
  • Deepgram — transcription of audio you record without a bot.
  • Our AI model provider — generating summaries and notes from transcript text.
  • Resend — sending team invitations and notification emails.
  • Stripe — payments, when paid plans are switched on.
  • Google / Microsoft — calendar events, only with your explicit consent.
  • HubSpot and Slack — only if you connect them, and only the notes you choose to send.
  • Our hosting provider — application hosting.

Retention and deletion

You control retention in Settings. Set an auto-delete window and transcripts, artifacts and the provider-side recording are purged after that many days. Deleting a meeting deletes its transcript and artifacts here and instructs the recording provider to purge its copy. "Redact" on a meeting permanently clears its transcript and notes and deletes the stored recording, and keeps a record that it was redacted. Deleting your account data removes every meeting, transcript, artifact and calendar connection.

Recording consent

Laws on recording conversations differ by jurisdiction. You are responsible for having the right to record each meeting. When the notetaker bot joins, it appears as a visible participant, and you can keep in-meeting recording announcements enabled in Settings. If you record without a bot, nothing tells the other people on the call that they are being recorded, so you must tell them and get their consent yourself.

Your rights and contact

You can export all of your data from Settings at any time. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact the MeetMigo team at the support address published on our site.
